 Thoughtfully renovated and restored in 2015, the Zenneth Manor Inn retains a classic beach house atmosphere.   As a quaint 14 room inn, we are still a family owned and operated establishment.   We can truly say our beach house is your beach house. The Inn has been in continuous service as a hotel or an inn since it was originally designed and constructed in 1950.

We offer stylish, sustainable and comfortable beach living at it’s best. The Zenneth Manor Inn is actively participating to reduce our environmental impact without sacrificing our guest experience.  From major projects, like installing over 40 solar panels and installing water conserving fixtures in all guest rooms, to small choices such as recycling refuse, using non-toxic cleaning supplies, eco-sensitive laundry detergent and American made, eco-sensitive bath and toiletry products, we strive to be environmentally conscious. Now everyone can experience classic Ocean City, but with all the modern conveniences for decades to come at the Zenneth Manor Inn.
